Maximum poster size
Our maximum poster size is 1050mm x 1485mm, which can be conveniently folded down to A4 size, creating a fantastic folded promotional product.
Paper Options
We provide a selection of FSC-certified papers, including matte, silk, and gloss finishes, available in weights ranging from 115gsm to 200gsm. If you have specific material requirements, we can source alternative stock to meet your needs.
Pre-Press
Our expert pre-press services ensure your digital files are meticulously prepared for printing. Utilising advanced technology, including the Kodak Prinergy Version 10 Connect Workflow System, our experienced operators conduct thorough pre-flight checks, generate precise proofs, and create custom printing plates for large format litho projects.
Printing Technologies
Large Format Litho Printing
For large quantities, our KBA Rapida 162a large format litho printing press offers excellent value, running at 4,500 sheets per hour, on a massive large format sheet size of 1200mm x 1620mm.
Large Format Digital Printing
Our extra large format digital print technology consists of two Canon ColorWave T65 digital print devices, allowing us to print up to 990 x 1500 mm for large format digital printing.
Small Format Digital Printing
We can also print digitally in smaller formats. We use a Ricoh C7500 Pro machine to create medium format digital prints up to SRA 3 size (450mm x 320mm) for small format digital printing.
Finishing Services
Beyond printing, we offer comprehensive finishing services, including folding large format posters to an easy-to-use size, sourcing presentation boxes, and professional packaging with tissue paper and customised stickers. We can also laminate your posters for added durability.
