- The Customer Insight Survey closes at 11.59pm on Thursday 12th September 2024.
- The Survey, £10 Love2shop e-Gift Card and prize draw for a £50 Love2shop e-Gift Card are only available to individual customers resident in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) and sent email correspondence about the Customer Insight Survey from Dennis Maps. These emails should not be passed on to any third parties.
- All customers based in Great Britain who complete the Customer Insight Survey and submit their contact details will be emailed a £10 Love2shop e-Gift Card within 7 working days of the Customer Insight Survey closing, before Tuesday 24th September.
- The winner of the prize draw must be resident in will be selected at random using a random number generator and contacted within 7 working days of the Customer Insight Survey closing.
- The prize for the free prize draw is one £50 Love2shop e-Gift Card which will be emailed to the prize winner.
- The prize provider, Dennis Maps, reserves the right to replace the specified Love2shop e-Gift Cards with similar prizes of an equal value.
- Only entrants who complete all the questions in the Customer Insight Survey will be sent a £10 Love2shop e-Gift Card and entered into the prize draw to win a £50 Love2shop e-Gift Card, should they also tick the relevant boxes for each.
